If you want a file sharing program then you should seriously consider the Ultra simple, Ultra lite, Ares Ultra.

Ares Ultra sets out to be a filesharing program and that is exactly what it achieves. No bells, no whistles, and no distractions. It does one thing (well, it does a couple actually, but one main thing) and it does it well. Designers of software should take note of Ares Ultra: choose your target and do it right.

Another string to Ares Ultra’s considerable bow is its ability to play nicely with AOL, something which many other filesharing applications fail miserably at (and, to be fair to designers of filesharing programs, it’s not just them that have trouble with AOL…).

Ares Ultra’s main strength has to be its simplicity to use and this makes it a winner for anyone with limited computer experience, with limited experience with filesharing and anyone who wants the simple things in life. Definite thumbs up for Ares Ultra.
